Directions to Thomas Jefferson-Mowry Park
Take 79S to 279S. Bear Right onto Veterans Bridge exit. Stay in Left lane and follow signs to Liberty Bridge. Cross Bridge and get in Right lane to go through the Liberty tunnels. When you come out of the tunnels stay in right lane and take the cloverleaf for Rt. 51 South. It will wrap you around to Rt. 51 South. Then stay on 51S (for approximately six miles?). You’ll pass Tambellini’s, pass intersection with 88, pass Benson Lincoln Mercury, pass Eat N Park, pass CVS, you’ll go across overpass then you’ll come to cloverleaf in Pleasant Hills. At the light, just past the cloverleaf, at Bill Green Shopping Center, turn right onto Old Clairton Road. Stay on Old Clairton through two stop signs. Just past the public library, as you start up the hill, turn right onto Dutch Lane (there is a large white house on the right at Dutch Lane). Follow Dutch to the bottom of the hill and the entrance to Mowry Park will be on your right.
