TIGER PRIDE FOOTBALL FAMILY AGREEMENT

Tiger Pride Football strives to provide a safe environment for players to learn the fundamentals of football while enjoying the sport.  Players will be taught skills relative to their age group in practice.  Scrimmages and regular season games, are played each weekend from mid-August to October,  giving your child the opportunity to employ the skills they are taught and have fun playing.  The philosophy of this organization may be different from other team sports in which your child has participated.  All players will not share equal playing time and they may not play their favorite or requested positions.  The Head Coach and his assistants will make all decisions relative to positions and playing time based on your child’s abilities, enthusiasm, understanding, and participation in practice.  A player who signs up for Tiger Pride Football should be prepared to make a firm commitment to the team and to the organization.  The parents must also be willing to make the same firm commitment as well as understand that no amount of playing time or position is guaranteed.  The players learn individual skills and use them in a team conception, which leads to success.  If a player fails to learn the plays and basic skills or is often absent, then the team suffers.  Each family on each team will be assigned an equal number of home game duties which include concession stand, down markers, announcing, trash collection, etc.  All parents are obligated to work their fair share of home game duties.  The organization cannot function or be successful unless each and every family participates.  The complete by-laws and general rules of the North Allegheny Football Club (NA Tiger Pride) can be found on our web-site www.natigerpride.com.  Every team binder will also have copies of these documents for both players and family members to view at any time.  By signing this agreement you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the expectations for conduct and participation outlined within.

TIGER PRIDE CHEER FAMILY AGREEMENT

Tiger Pride strives to provide a safe environment for girls to learn the fundamentals of cheerleading.   Cheerleaders will be taught skills relative to their age group by adult coaches and student cheer coaches.  Cheerleaders will be asked to perform at home and away football games from mid-August through November (this includes scrimmages, regular season games, playoffs, and Super Bowl games).  A cheerleader who signs up for Tiger Pride should be prepared to make a firm commitment to the cheer team and to the organization.  Parents must also be willing to make the same firm commitment regarding cheerleading.  The cheerleaders learn cheers and routine at practice to perform in games.  If a cheerleader does not learn the routines or is often absent from practice, then the cheer team will suffer.  As such, a cheerleader may be restricted from participating in some routines during games.  Each family of a cheerleader will be assigned an equal number of home game duties, which include concession stand, 50/50 raffle, clean-up, etc.  All parents are obliged to work their fair share of home game duties.  The organization cannot function or be successful unless each and every family participates.  The by-laws and general rules of the North Allegheny Football Club (NA Tiger Pride) can be found on our web-site www.natigerpride.com.  Every team binder will also have copies of these documents for both players and family members to view at any time.  By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read this code of conduct and agree with the expectations for behavior and participation outlined within.
